PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING STACKFAST ("SOFTWARE"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, StackFast grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on your personal or business computers in accordance with your authorized tier (Evaluation / Trial, Personal, or Commercial License).

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Software, including its proprietary algorithms, user interface, source code, documentation, and design, is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of StackFast and its licensors. The Software is protected by international copyright laws, trade secret laws, and international treaty provisions.

a. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software or any portion thereof;
b. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software;
c. Bypass, alter, disable, defeat, or circumvent any licensing, activation, machine binding, or digital rights management mechanisms embedded in the Software;
d. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or host the Software as a service bureau or commercial cloud offering without prior written authorization;
e. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary legends displayed in or on the Software.
