Privacy Policy
STACKFAST PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: 2 November 2026 This policy explains what StackFast collects, why, and how you can have it removed. Contact: proxylabsmail@gmail.com 1. YOUR IMAGES STAY ON YOUR COMPUTER StackFast stacks your photos on your own PC. Your image files, folders and results are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. 2. WHAT WE COLLECT - Account: your email address and a password. The password is stored only as a salted hash by our login provider, so we cannot read it. - Login session: a token that keeps you signed in. It is stored on your PC, encrypted so that only your Windows account can read it. - Your computers: to limit how many computers one account can be used on, the app sends a one-way fingerprint of your computer (the raw Windows machine id never leaves your PC), the computer's name, and the date it was last used. You can remove a computer from the list in the app, and all of this is deleted with your account. - Feedback you choose to send: the text you write, the category, and the contact email you type. If you tick "Include system info", we also receive your Windows version and graphics card. We also record the app version. - Crash reports, only if you agree: after a crash the app shows you what it would send (the error message, the place in the program where it failed, the app version and your Windows version) and asks first. Nothing is sent if you decline. - Update check: when the app starts it downloads a small public file from our website to see whether a newer version exists. This sends no account information. 3. WHAT WE DO NOT DO - No advertising, no tracking, no analytics, and no selling or sharing of your data. - No usage statistics are collected in the background. 4. WHY WE USE IT - To sign you in and keep your account secure (necessary to provide the service). - To read your feedback and fix problems (feedback and crash reports). - To contact you if you asked us to or if we must tell you something about your account. 5. WHO PROCESSES IT - Supabase (database and login), which stores accounts, feedback and crash reports. - Cloudflare, which serves our website and the update file. - An email service may be used to send sign-in and confirmation emails. These providers act on our behalf and may store data in data centers outside your country. 6. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT Account data is kept until you delete your account. Feedback and crash reports are kept while they are useful for improving StackFast, and are deleted with your account. 7. YOUR RIGHTS - Delete your account and the data tied to it at any time: in the app choose Account, then "Delete my account". This is immediate and cannot be undone. - Ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete something by emailing proxylabsmail@gmail.com. - If you live in the EU, UK or a similar region you may also object to processing or complain to your local data protection authority. 8. CHILDREN StackFast is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. 9. CHANGES If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where needed, tell you in the app or by email.
